We offer short term solution-focused support to small business owners and executives. The first step in the process is a complimentary initial meeting with you during which our consultants will discuss your business concept with you, discover your level of expertise and determine whether we can be of assistance to you. Consulting relies heavily on a "good fit" of personalities. If both you and we feel progress can be made, we then determine the scope of the consulting program and appropriate fees.

We believe in developing a relationship with our clients. We will meet with you in person at least once a month, often more. We will teleconference with you once a week as long as you need it.
